Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in any major (preferably Marketing Management or Communication)
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, especially within logistics/export-import
• Understanding of export-import regulations, procedures, and challenges
• Goal-oriented, able to work independently or in a team
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to build relationships
• Strategic thinking with analytical ability to evaluate marketing campaigns

Responsibilities

• Visit potential and existing customers daily in person to understand needs and offer trucking solutions.
• Proactively follow up on discussed needs, monitor proposals, and provide timely updates.
• Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and assess potential for new or long-term contracts.
• Negotiate service pricing, shipment volume, and other details, and prepare proposals for customers.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports detailing visit activities, progress, challenges, and recommendations.
• Act as liaison between clients and operations to resolve issues and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on competitor activities to develop competitive marketing strategies and trends.

Job Description
