• Excellent understanding of marketing analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead marketing teams effectively.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Creative thinking combined with analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Experience in the manufacturing, polymer or related industries is preferred but not essential.
