Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Strong leadership, team development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing communications function at our Jakarta headquarters. This is a full-time position that will be fundamental in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, building brand awareness, and driving engagement with our key stakeholders. As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic marketing team, overseeing all aspects of our marketing communications, and ensuring our messaging resonates with our target audiences. Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with GreenEarth Ventures Indonesia's business objectives and brand positioning
• Lead and manage the marketing communications team, providing mentorship, direction and support to drive team performance and development
• Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print and other relevant channels
• Manage brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing communications and touchpoints
• Develop and execute integrated marketing communications plans to target key stakeholder groups, including investors, partners, clients and internal audiences
• Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify emerging opportunities
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and return on investment across campaigns
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business strategy
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Build and maintain relationships with external marketing partners, agencies and vendors

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of professional experience in marketing or marketing communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that have driven brand awareness, engagement and business results
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing and traditional marketing channels
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Strategic thinking and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans
• Proficiency in marketing tools, platforms and analytics software
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience in the sustainability, environmental or corporate social responsibility sector is highly desirable
• Knowledge of the Indonesian market and business landscape is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred
