Job summary

PT Global Yimi Cargo (J&T Cargo) is seeking a dynamic B2B Marketing Executive to expand our corporate market and win large-scale logistics accounts across Indonesia. You will craft proposals, lead negotiations, and promote FTL delivery solutions for retail fleets and factory charters.

You will build industry networks, map opportunities, and drive revenue while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring service quality in loading operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Logistics, or Business.
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate marketing, or account executive roles in logistics/freight.
• Extensive network with factories, distributors, or manufacturers.
• Strong negotiation, pitching/presentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Canvassing, industry mapping and lead generation for large-scale manufacturers.
• Prepare and present logistics proposals; negotiate and close deals.
• Analyze competitor movements and regional capacity trends in logistics.
• Maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and ensure high service quality for loading and freight operations.
• Prepare sales pipelines and monthly reports on volume and revenue achievements.

Job description

A dynamic, target-oriented B2B Marketing Executive role within the FTL (Full Truck Load) Division. You will be responsible for expanding the corporate market, acquiring large-scale logistics clients, and marketing logistics delivery solutions for retail fleet and factory charter services across Indonesia.

Key responsibilities

Conduct canvassing, industry mapping (lead generation), and logistics proposal presentations to large-scale manufacturing companies, distributors, wholesalers, and e-commerce enablers

Develop pricing schemes for FTL fleet offerings according to client tonnage requirements and manage negotiation processes through to deal closing

Analyse competitor movements, logistics capacity requirements in assigned regions, and B2B logistics trends

Maintain long-term relationships (account management) with existing corporate clients and ensure smooth operational quality of goods loading

Prepare sales pipelines and monthly reports on achievement of volume targets (tonnage/CBM) and revenue to management

About you

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field (Marketing, Logistics, or Business preferred)

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as B2B Sales, Corporate Marketing, or Account Executive in Logistics, Cargo, or Freight Forwarding industries

Extensive network and relationships with factories, distributors, or manufacturing industry players

Skilled in negotiation, business presentations (pitching), and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

Own vehicle and active driving licence (A/C)

Target-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under deadline pressure
