McEasy is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to join the Marketing team, focusing on managing leads and performance data to optimize CRM, email, and WhatsApp marketing strategies. The role involves improving data-driven decision making across campaigns.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in statistics or related field and 1–3 years’ experience with CRM-driven marketing, Meta Ads, SEM/SEO, and Excel. Familiarity with Zoho Campaign is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Hands-on experience using CRM for email and WhatsApp marketing.
• Familiar with Meta Ads, SEM/SEO, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Zoho Campaign is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage inbound leads and marketing performance data.
• Run lead nurturing through CRM, particularly via email and WhatsApp channels.
• Support digital activation efforts such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Manage website content, including SEO updates.
