Job summary

Delamibrands in Alam Sutera, Tangerang invites a final-year student or new graduate to join the CRM and digital marketing team. You will assist with data collection, CRM tasks, and supporting marketing campaigns.

You will compose weekly performance reports for Meta, TikTok, Google ads, and loyalty program data, helping drive decisions with clean member data. Strong Excel/Sheets skills and good communication are required, with WFO in Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Management, Communication, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Interest in CRM, customer engagement, digital marketing, and retail business.
• Good analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of data analysis is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM tools, customer databases, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, or marketing platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Composing weekly performance reports for digital ads (Meta, TikTok, Google. Rightchoice, Emarsys).
• Consolidating and cleaning member data across brands (Loyalty 2.0 - CEGID & Shopify unification).
• Compiling weekly post-mortem reports for CRM, Social Media, and Digital Ads campaigns.
• Supporting member data analysis (engagement, tier distribution, journey rate) for strategic projects.
• Organizing loyalty program documentation and presentation materials and other manual/tedious tasks (data entry, file organizing, deck formatting, etc.).
