Job summary

McEasy is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to join our Marketing team in Jakarta. You will analyze and manage inbound leads and marketing performance data to improve CRM, email, and WhatsApp campaigns.

You will support digital activation efforts, including Meta and Google Ads, and help manage website content and SEO updates. The ideal candidate holds a statistics-related degree and 1–3 years of experience, with hands-on CRM experience for email/WhatsApp marketing and strong knowledge of Meta

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics or related field with strong data-handling skills.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Hands-on experience using CRM for email and WhatsApp marketing.
• Familiar with Meta Ads, SEM/SEO, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Zoho Campaign is a plus.
