Job summary

Blibli OMG, part of Blibli Group, seeks a Marketing leader to drive brand awareness and sales for gadget and IoT lines across Indonesia. You will plan and execute campaigns across digital channels, social media, PR, events, and in-store activations, collaborating with brand principals and managing co-op budgets.

You’ll lead marketing, creative, and activation teams, oversee budgets, and analyze performance to guide future strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years in Marketing Communication or Retail Marketing with leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, project management, and verbal/written English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, store traffic, and sales for Chinese brands and gadget accessories.
• Plan integrated campaigns across digital channels, social media, PR, events, and in-store activations.
• Collaborate with brand principals to manage joint marketing plans and co-op budgets.
• Oversee marketing budget, track spending efficiency, and measure ROI.
• Lead, mentor, and direct marketing, creative, and activation teams.
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandising and store operations for consistent in-store promotions.
• Analyze campaign performance and market trends to optimize future strategies.
• Partner with internal cross-functional teams to support business goals.
