Job summary

PT Calbye Fista Abadi is seeking a results-driven sales leader to drive revenue across live selling, content, marketplace, B2B, store, and bazar/event channels in Jakarta. You will lead cross-functional teams, set aggressive targets, and translate data insights into actionable strategies.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and hands-on experience in both online and offline sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education, preferable in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Marketing/Sales/E-Commerce
• Minimum 2 years experience as Supervisor/Manager
• Experience managing teams
• Understanding of marketplace and live selling
• Understanding of online and offline sales strategies
• Strong data analysis capability and ability to make decisions based on data
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Target oriented and result oriented with strong leadership qualities
• Ability to work with measured omzet and KPI targets
