Job summary

Meratus Group is seeking an experienced professional to oversee end-to-end maritime passenger services across shore terminals and fleet vessels. You will ensure top-tier service standards, oversee food quality, coordinate vendors, and manage embarkation/debarkation operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Maritime, or Business Management and 3–5 years of experience in maritime, hotel, or cruise passenger services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Maritime, or Business Management.
• 3–5 years experience in maritime, hotel, or cruise passenger services.
• Strong leadership, vendor management, and operational reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce service checklists and maintain shore/ship facilities.
• Coordinate passenger flow during boarding, VIP manifests, and standby medical teams.
• Audit food supply quantity/quality, select monthly menus, coordinate berthing schedules, and manage waste disposal.
• Plan terminal promotional events and compile daily/monthly performance & cost-evaluation reports.
