Job summary

PT Limin Marine & Offshore in Indonesia seeks an Operations Coordinator to design and maintain operational guidelines, monitor vessel movements, and ensure regulatory compliance across agencies. You will coordinate with agents, harbormasters, and partner institutes while supporting daily operations and data reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in Maritime Studies, Ship/Vessel Management, or Port Management with at least three years in shipping.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Maritime Studies, Ship/Vessel management, or Port management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a shipping company.
• Understanding bureaucratic procedures within maritime agencies (PI Harbormaster, KSOP, Directorate General of Sea Transportation, and classification societies).
• Understanding Ship/ Vessel Operational, Safety and Health, and ship/ Vessel document Procedure.
• Able to build and maintain strong communication with internal and external parties (customers and charterers).
• Able to travel around Indonesia and regional area (Southeast Asia).

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations.
• Daily control movements and activity of vessels with related departments.
• Monitor operational certificates and payments with agents, harbour master, and related institutes.
• Monitor and report daily vessel movements and ensure data submitted is accounted for.
• Build and maintain strong communication with internal and external (customers and charterers).
