Job summary

CBM360TIV is seeking an experienced Vessel Superintendent to oversee operations, safety, and compliance of offshore vessels supporting oil & gas projects. You will manage vessel operations while ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

Qualifications

CBM360TIV is seeking an experienced Vessel Superintendent to oversee operations, safety, and compliance of offshore vessels supporting oil & gas projects. The role ensures operational efficiency, regulatory adherence, and safe marine logistics for crew and cargo.

Reporting To

Marine Operations Manager / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day vessel operations and marine logistics
• Ensure compliance with international and Indonesian maritime safety standards
• Supervise vessel crews, contractors, and service providers
• Monitor operational budgets, schedules, and performance metrics
• Maintain documentation, certifications, and reporting for audits
• Coordinate with offshore operations and onshore project teams

Education & Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or relevant field
• Relevant maritime certifications (STCW, OHS, or Indonesian equivalents) preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in offshore vessel management, preferably in Oil & Gas
• Experience with offshore supply, crew transfer, or FPSO operations advantageous
