Job summary

PT LPS INDONESIA is seeking a Shipping Administration Assistant to monitor vessel movements, update daily client reports, and coordinate with vendors for vessel services in Indonesia.

The role requires a Diploma in Shipping/Marine, at least 1 year in a shipping or administration role, and fluent English (oral and written). You will liaise with class, harbormaster, agents and government agencies, ensuring accurate billing support and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Shipping/Marine required.
• 1 year experience in shipping/administration/customer service preferred.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Understanding of ship documents and vessel certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vessel movements and update daily reports to clients.
• Prepare cash requests and cash advances for operations and vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors/3rd parties for vessel services and supplies.
• Assist supervisor with renewal of vessel certificates (RPK, PKKN, SOLAS, MARPOL).
• Review PO/price lists to support client billing.
• Prepare pre-billing/costing sheets and complete job files for billing.
