Job summary

mr.d.i.y. indonesia seeks a seasoned ESH Manager to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment systems across sites in Indonesia.

You will lead risk assessments, site inspections, and incident investigations, and ensure compliance with K3 regulations and ISO standards. The role requires 5+ years in HSE, Ahli K3 Umum certification, a related degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to drive training, audits, and emergency response

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Health and Safety management.
• Ahli K3 Umum certification recognized by Ministry of Manpower.
• Bachelor degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for safety audits and government inspections.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Health and Safety management.
• Mandatory certification as Ahli K3 Umum (General OSH Expert) recognized by the Ministry of Manpower.
• Expert knowledge of K3 Regulations and Occupational Safety and Health standards.
• Bachelor degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and incident root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence safety behavior at all levels.
• Ability to work full-time on-site and manage emergency response protocols effectively.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems is highly preferred.
