Surya Indo Plastic (SIP) is seeking an HR professional who will drive recruitment, onboarding, and training in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on blue‑collar and technical hiring, with responsibilities for candidate pipelines, onboarding cycles, and data accuracy in HRIS systems.

We value hands‑on, detail‑oriented individuals with strong English communication, capable of coordinating across production teams and management to meet manpower needs and development goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, L&D, or HR.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred, especially blue‑collar recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
• Good Excel & PowerPoint and familiar with HRIS/recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication, coordination, organization, and follow‑up skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Good English communication skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from manpower request, sourcing, screening, interview, offer, and onboarding.
• Build candidate pipelines for production/blue‑collar, technical, staff and specialist roles.
• Coordinate with department managers on manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Monitor recruitment progress and ensure vacancies are followed up within timelines.
• Coordinate onboarding, induction and probation follow‑up.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and coordinate the annual training calendar.
• Maintain training records, competency matrix, and development data.
• Support performance reviews, calibration, PIP, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Prepare recruitment and training reports and support employer branding initiatives.
