Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Specialist with manufacturing experience to partner with plant operations, owning end-to-end recruitment for production operators and staff, and understanding shift scheduling, piece-rate payroll, and seasonal workforce changes.

Beyond recruitment, you will work on C&B, talent development, and employee relations, driving organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with Chinese investment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in relevant field.
• Fluent English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
• Minimum 3 years in recruitment, with manufacturing/plant HR experience.
• Familiar with shift systems, piece-rate payroll, and local labour market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment for production operators and staff.
• Develop local Indonesian recruitment channels (JobStreet, Indeed, offline labor markets, vocational schools, agencies, referrals).
• Maintain recruitment dashboard with weekly channel KPIs and conversion metrics.
• Support manpower forecasting and contingency planning for plant operations.
• Collaborate with C&B, performance, and frontline KPI alignment; assist in HR policy implementation on the shop floor.
• Handle cross-border HR tasks as assigned by department head.
