Job summary

PT. Asia Chemical Industry is seeking a trained Recruitment, Assessment & Training Staff to manage end-to-end recruitment, perform candidate assessments, and create onboarding documents. The role requires familiarity with ATS tools and HRIS systems and a background in psychology or management.

The candidate will ensure compliance with company SOPs, maintain SLAs, and handle documentation for new joiners in a manufacturing environment. A minimum of 3 years’ recruitment experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Familiar with ATS Recruitment Tools & HRIS System.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Management or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure candidates meet qualifications, requirements and company standards.
• Carry out recruitment according to company SOP and meet service level agreement.
• Document all documents for new employees who will join.
• Conduct psychological assessments for candidates.
• Create work agreement documents & training form for new joiner.
