Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is assisting a manufacture client in recruiting a Sales Staff in Indonesia. The role focuses on telemarketing, order management, and driving sales opportunities across local and overseas channels.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in manufacturing sales, strong English for international communication, a valid driver’s license (SIM A preferred), and a willingness to drive company vehicles when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in manufacturing.
• Business-level English for communication with overseas branches.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive a company vehicle.
• Experience in a Japanese company is an advantage.
• Business development experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telemarketing and cold calling to generate sales opportunities.
• Support sales budget planning and forecasting.
• Manage customer orders and communicate order updates.
• Prioritize and segment customer accounts.
• Maintain sales and customer data.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales documents.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and monitor lead times.
• Participate in regular sales meetings.
• Perform other sales administrative tasks as assigned.
