RGF HR Agent Indonesia seeks a Japanese-speaking Sales Staff for a Japanese trading company in Jakarta. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, presenting steel products, and coordinating with internal teams during the sales cycle.

The candidate should have a business degree, JLPT N3, and at least 5 years in B2B sales within trading or steel manufacturing, with a valid driving license for client visits. English CV preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Business level in Japanese with JLPT N3 or higher.
• At least 5 years as B2B Sales in trading company or steel manufacturing, experienced with Japanese clients.
• Valid driver's license (SIM A) and able to drive for visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new potential customers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industries, and opportunities.
• Make cold calls, arrange customer visits, meetings, and presentations.
• Build relationships with purchasing, procurement, production, engineering, and management teams.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable steel products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, specifications, delivery schedules, and terms.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
• Coordinate with mills, suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to fulfill requirements.
• Maintain active sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and progress reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitors in the steel industry.
• Support Japan Head Office in identifying and developing opportunities.
• Achieve new customer acquisition and sales targets.
