PT Fratekindo Jaya Gemilang invites applications for a Manufacturing Process Expert in Garment with Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen expertise to identify, analyze, and resolve production problems across cutting and manufacturing processes.

You will develop and implement process improvement projects, collect and analyze data, and measure results to continuously raise quality and efficiency, using DMAIC, Lean, and production process control tools.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering-Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Textile, Automotive.
• Minimum 3–5 years in Manufacturing (garment) and Continuous Improvement.
• Experience in consulting is a plus.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS EXPERT IN THE GARMENT (HAS LEAN SIX SIGMA, KAIZEN)

1. Identify and analyze problems within production processes.

2. Develop and implement process improvement projects.

3. Collect and analyze data to support process improvement decisions.

4. Develop and implement solutions to improve process quality and efficiency.

5. Measure and evaluate the results of process improvement projects

SKILL :

1. Ability to analyze data and use methods to support process improvement decisions.

2. Ability to communicate and collaborate with teams and stakeholders.

3. Ability to think critically and creatively in identifying and solving problems.

4. Ability to manage projects and ensure timely completion within budget.

5. Ability to use tools and techniques such as DMAIC, Lean, and production process control.

6. Demonstred expertise in practices, procedures and organization related to cutting/manufacturing processes in the targeted industries: Apparel, Automotive, Firniture.

7. Fluent in English is a must (read, written and spoken)

Have a Certificate of lean Manufacturing System, YELLOW BELT, GREEN BELT or BLACK BELT, KAIZEN

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE :

Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering-Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Textile, Automotive

Minimum of 3-5 years of solid successful experience in Manufacturing (management and manufacturing process analysis special in the Garment) & Specialist Continuous Improvement

Experience in consulting will be a plus

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :

Demonstred expertise in practices, procedures and organization related to cutting/manufacturing processes in the targeted industries: Apparel, Automotive, Furniture.

Proven expertise and practice of applications related to the manufacturing processes in at least one of the above industries with high level of knowledge of manufacturing Customer processes.

Familiar with CAD & CAM applications dedicated to targeted industry and have a good working knowledge of the production process within this industry.

First class communication and presentation skills (written and oral).

Energetic and adaptable

Fluent in English is a must (read, written and spoken)

Ability to cope with constant pressure (without comprising standards) by being well organized and planning time well.

High level of adaptability

Have a Certificate of Lean Manufacturing System : YELLOW BELT, GREEN BELT, BLACK BELT or KAIZE
