Job summary

HOLI GROUP in Indonesia is seeking an Assistant Production Manager to lead Lean initiatives and drive continuous improvement in garment manufacturing. You will supervise teams, apply VSM/Kaizen, and ensure data-driven improvements across processes.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 5+ years in garment manufacturing with 2+ years in a supervisory role, and Lean Belt certifications. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial / Mechanical), Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Garment Manufacturing, including at least 2 years of leadership.
• Lean certification with Yellow/Blue/Green Belt; Black Belt preferred.
• Expertise in Lean methodologies (VSM, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, Kanban/JIT) and problem-solving (PDCA, 5 Why, 8-Step).
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with ability to translate data into CI initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and manage projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial / Mechanical), Operations Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Garment Manufacturing, including at least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or equivalent leadership role in Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Process Engineering.
