Job summary

PT Fratekindo Jaya Gemilang invites applications for a Manufacturing Process Expert in Garment with Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen expertise to identify, analyze, and resolve production problems across cutting and manufacturing processes.

You will develop and implement process improvement projects, collect and analyze data, and measure results to continuously raise quality and efficiency, using DMAIC, Lean, and production process control tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering-Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Textile, Automotive.
• Minimum 3–5 years in Manufacturing (garment) and Continuous Improvement.
• Experience in consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze problems within production processes.
• Develop and implement process improvement projects.
• Collect and analyze data to support process improvement decisions.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve process quality and efficiency.
• Measure and evaluate the results of process improvement projects.
