Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Garment Manufacturing, Textile, or related field.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
