Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Psychology, HRM, Law, Business Admin or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship in HR/recruitment is a plus.
• Familiar with recruitment processes for manufacturing roles (operators, warehouse, admin).

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly and annual recruitment plans.
• Create clear job descriptions for open positions.
• Source candidates via portals, social media, and networks.
• Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers on selection criteria.
• Schedule interviews with HR Manager or managers.
• Maintain timely, professional communication with candidates.
