Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking an Accounting and Finance Supervisor for a manufacturing company in Cikarang. The role covers cost accounting, production control, inventory management, and financial reporting, with potential growth into a managerial position.

You will lead cost analysis, standard costing, inventory valuation, and support audits, while ensuring accuracy of monthly closes and compliance with PSAK and IFRS.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in accounting or cost accounting in a manufacturing company.
• At least 2–3 years as a Senior Accountant or leader in a manufacturing company.
• Strong understanding of PSAK & IFRS.
• Practical knowledge of monthly closing, GL management, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform cost accounting including standard costing, actual costing, and variance analysis.
• Calculate and analyze COGM, COGS, BOM, WIP, and production overhead allocation.
• Conduct variance analysis (material, labor, overhead).
• Set standard costs and conduct periodic costing reviews and updates.
• Manage inventory control for raw materials, WIP, finished goods.
• Perform stock opname and inventory reconciliation.
• Lead monthly and annual closing processes in a timely manner.
• Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
• Manage and support internal and external audit processes.
