PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to oversee accounting, financial reporting, cost control, treasury monitoring, and compliance across large projects. You will collaborate with senior leaders, project teams, auditors, and regulators to ensure accurate financial information and strong governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in accounting or finance or related field.
Professional certifications such as CPA/CA highly preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance roles.
Experience in mining, heavy industry, or asset‑intensive projects is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, GL, budgeting, cash flow, and controls.
Experience leading external audits and coordinating with tax authorities.

Responsibilities

Oversee end‑to‑end accounting cycle, GL, reconciliations, month‑end and year‑end close.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and project profitability analyses.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and governance policies.
Monitor expenditures, asset utilization, and budget performance for cost optimization.
Lead treasury activities: cash flow, working capital, funding across sites.
Establish internal controls and coordinate external audits with auditors and regulators.
Support management with financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic plans.
