Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a senior Business Unit Head of Finance to lead end-to-end finance and accounting for a dedicated BU in Indonesia. You will oversee GL, AP, AR, financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and treasury, partnering with the BU General Manager to translate operations into clear financial insights.

The role requires strengthening internal controls, coordinating audits, and delivering timely management reports to Corporate HQ.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role (Department Head/Finance Manager).
• Experience in FMCG/Manufacturing or operationally intensive industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
• ERP proficiency with SAP, Oracle, or Accurate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GL, AP, AR, financial reporting, and month-end close.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for the BU.
• Coordinate local tax compliance, VAT, and corporate tax filings.
• Manage treasury, cash flow forecasting, and working capital.
• Strengthen internal controls and support external audits.
• Partner with BU GM, Sales, Operations, and Corporate HQ to drive performance.
