Job summary

Saint-Gobain Indonesia in Bekasi seeks an experienced Production/Operations Manager to lead manufacturing excellence. You will implement the organization structure, optimize production methods, monitor scrap and rework, and manage the production budget to drive cost reduction and OTIF delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 8 years in the same role within a multinational manufacturing company.
• Fluent in verbal and written English with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in SAP, technical drawing, machining, maintenance management, Industry 4.0.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing, Shopfloor Management and 5S knowledge.
• Understanding of EHS management systems and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement best organization structure, efficient production methods, and team development.
• Monitor and reduce scrap and rework through effective technical solutions.
• Manage production budget, cut costs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure production runs align with Production Plan to meet OTIF delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering to review and approve new products and processes.
• Ensure ISO 9000, ISO 14001 and EHS/5S policy compliance.
• Coordinate Health & Safety with EHS team and drive policy awareness.
• Direct and validate reporting lines while driving skills development.
