Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a Production Supervisor to monitor and optimize production performance, lead teams, and ensure KPI targets are met in our manufacturing site in West Java.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in GMP/Japanese manufacturing, and a solid grasp of OEE, 5S, JIT, Kanban, and Kaizen. Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and data analysis is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive results.
• Knowledge of Japanese production systems and continuous improvement methods is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse production performance, productivity, and efficiency to meet targets.
• Prepare and present performance reports, including KPI trends and output achievement.
• Lead production teams, promoting communication, teamwork and problem-solving.
• Coordinate manpower allocation to support targets and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with Production, PPIC, Quality, Maintenance and other departments to resolve issues.
• Identify productivity improvements, waste reduction, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain production dashboards for management reporting.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
