Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of general accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Professional fluency (written and spoken) in Indonesian and Mandarin.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and standard accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledgers, balance sheets, and bank statements.
• Manage vendor bills, customer invoices, and inventory cost tracking related to raw materials like timber and paper pulp.
• Communicate effectively with international suppliers, regional partners, and clients in Indonesian and Chinese.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Track production, warehousing, and shipping costs for wooden pallets, paperboards and other goods.
• Ensure accurate tax filings and compliance with local financial regulations.
