Job summary

PT BUMI RASA INDONESIA seeks a cost accounting professional to lead local cost logic across materials, overhead and production. You will verify documents, manage inventory discrepancies and deliver monthly cost analyses.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing finance, Indonesian accounting qualification, and Mandarin fluency for collaboration with China headquarters. Long-term on-site work in Indonesia is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-time finance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong cost accounting and voucher review experience.
• Fluency in Indonesian and Mandarin for cross-border coordination with China team.

Responsibilities

• Master local Indonesian cost accounting logic across materials, production and variances.
• Verify inbound/outbound documents and inventory checklists; handle discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and analyze unit production cost fluctuations.
• Review daily vouchers per Indonesian tax laws and support financial process reviews.
• Complete monthly closing and cost accounting on schedule; may work overtime at month-end.
• File vouchers and maintain monthly financial archives per tax rules.
• Maintain communication with China HQ finance and local authorities and partners.
• Utilize office software for sorting, statistics and reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of production costs, revenue and salaries.
