Job summary

PT. Eastern Bright Packing is seeking an Accountant to maintain financial records, manage accounts, and ensure compliance with financial regulations within the Manufacturing & Supply industry.

The role focuses on general ledger reconciliation, managing vendor bills, invoicing, inventory cost tracking for timber and paper pulp, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and at least 2 years of experience, with fluency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of general accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Professional fluency (written and spoken) in Indonesian and Mandarin.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and standard accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledgers, balance sheets, and bank statements.
• Manage vendor bills, customer invoices, and inventory cost tracking related to raw materials like timber and paper pulp.
• Communicate effectively with international suppliers, regional partners, and clients in Indonesian and Chinese.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Track production, warehousing, and shipping costs for wooden pallets, paperboards and other goods.
• Ensure accurate tax filings and compliance with local financial regulations.
