Job summary

PT PMA IMT in Bali seeks an experienced mandor / construction foreman to lead a network of workers across general construction, renovation and interior finishing trades.

You will oversee tile, plastering, painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks, ensuring consistent attendance and supervision. The role requires coordinating with the project manager and organizing workers for each project stage.

Qualifications

• Experience as mandor/construction foreman managing multi-trade crews.
• Ability to organize and supervise daily site activities and ensure quality & safety.
• Willingness to work in Bali and coordinate with project manager.

Responsibilities

Mandor with Construction & Interior Finishing Workers

IMT is looking for an experienced mandor / construction foreman with a reliable crew or network of workers across different construction trades.

We need workers for general construction, renovation, and interior fit-out, including:

• General builders and bricklayers.
• Tile and stone installers.
• Plastering, rendering, and skim coat workers.
• Painters.
• Ceiling and drywall installers.
• Carpenters and interior finishing workers.
• Plumbers and electricians.
• General labourers and construction helpers.

The mandor should be able to provide workers according to the current stage of the project, supervise their work, and maintain consistent attendance.

Payment terms

We are looking for workers available for regular, full-time work on a monthly payment basis only.

No borongan, payment per square metre, per unit, or per completed job.

Responsibilities
