Job summary

You will oversee tile, plastering, painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks, ensuring consistent attendance and supervision. The role requires coordinating with the project manager and organizing workers for each project stage.

Qualifications

• Experience as mandor/construction foreman managing multi-trade crews.
• Ability to organize and supervise daily site activities and ensure quality & safety.
• Willingness to work in Bali and coordinate with project manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide suitably skilled workers as agreed with our project manager.
• Organise daily work and supervise quality and site safety.
• Monitor attendance and arrange replacements when needed.
• Coordinate staffing needs and report progress to the project manager.
