Responsibilities

• Provide accurate translation and interpretation between Mandarin and English during meetings, calls, and written correspondence.
• Translate project documents, reports, and contracts with attention to detail.
• Assist project managers in coordinating schedules, tracking deliverables, and maintaining documentation.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.
• Liaise with Mandarin- and English-speaking clients, vendors and team members.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to management.
