• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
• Liaise with Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients, vendors, and team members to ensure clear communication.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to management.
