Job summary

• Translate and interpret conversations, documents, emails, and other business materials between Mandarin and English/Indonesian.
• Assist with communication during meetings, discussions, negotiations, and business activities.
• Coordinate and maintain good relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients or partners.
• Prepare, review, and translate documents as required.
• Support the team in handling Mandarin-related communication and administrative tasks.
• Ensure accurate and clear communication while maintaining confidentiality.

Job description

We are looking for a Mandarin Speaker to join our team. The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin and English, has strong communication skills, and is able to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, or colleagues.

Key responsibilities

Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, business partners, and internal teams.

Translate and interpret conversations, documents, emails, and other business-related materials between Mandarin and English/Indonesian.

Assist with communication during meetings, discussions, negotiations, and business activities.

Coordinate and maintain good relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients or partners.

Prepare, review, and translate documents as required.

Support the team in handling Mandarin-related communication and administrative tasks.

Ensure accurate and clear communication while maintaining confidentiality.

Perform other duties and responsibilities related to Mandarin-speaking clients and business operations as assigned.

About you

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).

Good command of English and/or Indonesian, both spoken and written.

HSK certification is a plus.

Previous experience as a Mandarin Translator, Interpreter, Customer Service, or in a similar role is preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Able to translate and interpret accurately and efficiently.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office or other relevant workplace tools.

Willing to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
