Job summary

PT Global Yimi Cargo (J&T Cargo) seeks a training specialist to design and deliver employee training aligned with business needs. You will build engaging PowerPoint materials, develop SOPs and standard work instructions, and run training sessions in Mandarin and English/Indonesian as required.

You will analyze training data, report on effectiveness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close capability gaps.

Qualifications

Fluent in Mandarin with HSK 5 or above.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in training, learning & development, SOP management, or related field.
Experience in training delivery, SOP development/standardization, or employee development preferred.
Strong data analysis skills with ability to interpret training and performance data.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training programs for employees.
Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and supporting documents.
Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training standards.
Conduct training sessions and presentations in Mandarin and English/Indonesian as required.
Analyze training-related data and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
Coordinate with departments to identify training needs and improve capabilities.
Support implementation and evaluation of training programs and ensure training standards are followed.
Continuously improve training materials, methods, and processes based on feedback.
