Job summary

J&T Cargo (PT Global Jet Cargo) is seeking a Business Analyst who can work with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. You will collect, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities in logistics.

Responsibilities include problem solving with stakeholders, defining root causes, and proposing process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of BA or Operations Analyst experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or Operations Analyst.
• Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Problem-solving: Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Process improvement: Analyze existing business processes and recommend optimization and efficiency strategies.
• Requirements collection: Collecting, recording and validating business requirements for new projects or plans.
