Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• HSK 5 or above with Mandarin speaking and business communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, business analysis, or project management.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Able to work with data and translate business requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transport operations, costs, volume, fleet utilization, route performance, and KPIs.
• Develop and evaluate transport solutions, including route planning, fleet requirements, and capacity planning.
• Support B2B transport projects from requirement analysis and solution design through implementation and performance monitoring.
• Prepare cost analyses, business cases, RFP/RFQ responses, pricing scenarios, and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Finance, Project, and Customer teams to develop solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction, productivity improvement, and service-level enhancement.
• Prepare management reports, data analysis, dashboards, and business presentations.
• Communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Support Mandarin–English/Indonesian translation for meetings, business discussions, proposals, and transport-related documents.
