Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage data and documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain branch and outlet master data with accuracy and timely updates in the system.
• Coordinate and monitor branch and outlet contract administration, including document preparation, renewal tracking, and contract status updates.
• Review and improve outlet management workflows to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Collaborate with relevant departments and branch teams to resolve administrative issues, verify data discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding requests.
• Monitor compliance with outlet management procedures, maintain accurate documentation and periodic reports, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
