Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency (spoken and written) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in relationship management or client-facing banking roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical skills and portfolio understanding.
• High integrity and adherence to compliance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities within the Chinese-speaking client segment.
• Build market insights on Chinese business communities, industry trends, and cross-border opportunities.
• Develop relationship strategies to expand portfolio and increase wallet share.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of Chinese-speaking clients by providing comprehensive banking solutions.
• Acquire new-to-bank customers and achieve sales targets across relevant products.
• Conduct regular client engagement to understand business needs and deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Ensure proper onboarding, documentation, and maintenance of client accounts.
• Act as the main point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Build strong and long-term relationships through proactive engagement and advisory.
• Handle client inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated and effective solutions.
• Prepare and present business proposals, credit applications, and relationship reviews.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline, portfolio performance, and business opportunities.
