Job summary

Yoshiya Homes International is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the main communication bridge between Indonesian teams and Mandarin-speaking clients and partners. You will coordinate internal departments, clients, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring smooth project implementation and strong stakeholder relationships.

The role requires on-site supervision, Mandarin proficiency, and the ability to manage contracts, schedules, and resources across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency with professional speaking, reading, writing.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in project management, site supervision, or construction-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary communication bridge between Indonesian teams and Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, or stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and contractors, especially Chinese-speaking parties.
• Prepare, review, translate, and manage contracts, agreements, quotations, and other documents in Chinese.
