Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia seeks a Merchandiser & Mandarin Speaker Assistant for a Garment client. The role involves coordinating orders, liaising with Chinese customers on specs and schedules, and supporting PD with administrative tasks.

Fresh graduates are welcome. A Diploma in any field is required, and strong Chinese is essential. Willingness to stay in the Cikarang dormitory is expected. CVs must be in English.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor garment/textile orders from customer requirements through production and delivery.
• Communicate with Chinese customers regarding product specifications, order details, production schedules, and quality requirements.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to PD (Production/Product Development).
• Coordinate with garment factories and suppliers to ensure production follows customer specifications.
• Monitor production progress and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams.
• Review product specifications, samples, measurements, materials, and quality standards.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Perform translation and interpretation duties between Mandarin and English/Indonesian as needed.
• Handle general administrative tasks and documentation related to garment production processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
