Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a Merchandiser Staff for a garment manufacturing client. The role focuses on ensuring timely sourcing, ordering, and coordination with suppliers to maintain steady material flow and on-time deliveries.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of merchandiser experience in garments, strong merchandising knowledge, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in English and submitting only English CVs are required.

Qualifications

• Conversational English proficiency.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in garment manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of merchandising strategies and effective product displays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Only CV in English will be processed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely availability and stable supply of materials, goods, and supplies.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders based on business and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and incoming goods to ensure accuracy and timely receipt.
• Handle issues related to shortages, excess quantities, damaged goods, and delivery discrepancies.
• Ensure invoices and purchasing documents are complete and submitted for payment.
• Maintain accurate purchasing, procurement, and goods arrival reports.
• Prepare and manage purchasing-related documentation.
• Select and coordinate with freight forwarders for efficient and cost-effective delivery.
• Inspect incoming goods to ensure quantity and condition meet purchase order requirements.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement processes.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
