Job summary

AYANA Hospitality’s Delonix Karawang is seeking a passionate Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker) to drive revenue for our hotels and resorts. Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) and proficient in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in hospitality or similar environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Mandarin-speaking markets.
