Job summary

Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta is seeking a Front Office Host to ensure the guest experience starts at check-in and continues seamlessly throughout the stay. You will be part of the Reception within the Rooms Division, delivering an excellent and consistent level of service to guests.

The role requires Mandarin Chinese fluency, hospitality training, and at least one year of hotel operations experience, with knowledge of Opera PMS being a plus; strong communication and interpersonal skills are

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Min 1-year work experience in hotel operations.
• Preferable knowledge of Opera system.
• Good customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests at the Front Office.
• Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.
