Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar Front Desk role.
• Ability to compute accurate mathematical calculations.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests and staff; Mandarin Speaker an advantage.
• Previous cashiering experience.
• Knowledge of computers and hotel management software (PMS Opera).

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures for guests.
• Manage reservations via online platforms and phone inquiries.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Handle guest complaints and issues promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest interactions.
