Job summary

Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta is seeking a Front Office Host to join the guest services team in Yogyakarta. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service at the reception and contributing to the smooth operation of the Rooms Division.

The ideal candidate holds a Hospitality/Tourism degree and has at least 1 year of hotel operations experience, with Mandarin proficiency and strong interpersonal skills to communicate with guests effectively.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Min 1-year work experience in hotel operations.
• Preferable knowledge of Opera system.
• Good customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills are a must.
