PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Senior E-Commerce Business Operations Manager to lead Indonesia’s e-commerce and BNPL-enabled platform. The role reports to Regional HQ and translates strategy into actionable operational roadmaps and commercial growth.

Leading a team of 5–8 professionals, you will drive merchant onboarding, partnerships, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Risk, and Product to align with regional strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
Minimum 10 years in Business Operations, preferably in fintech/financial services.
Minimum 5 years in e-commerce, BNPL, or digital financial services.
Minimum 5 years of managerial or senior managerial experience leading operations or development.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations for the e-commerce and BNPL-enabled platform, ensuring strong performance.
Translate Regional HQ strategies into localized operational roadmaps and commercial initiatives.
Manage and develop a team of 5–8 professionals with clear priorities and execution standards.
Drive merchant acquisition, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem expansion for BNPL adoption.
Oversee onboarding, platform campaigns, fee structures, and transaction performance.
